Terms and conditions

• Hi speed cable internet included during high season

• Check-in time 3 p.m.   Check-out time 11 a.m.

• Late check-out usually available at minor charge.

• Rates per unit based on double occupancy.

• All rooms are non-smoking - if this is not observed, there will be an extra cleaning charge

• All above rates are subject to GST.

• Room rental costs payable in advance (at check- in time) and are in Canadian funds.

• Statutory holidays may be charged at high season rates.

• Rates are in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice.

• A Deposit of $100.00 will hold your suite (or payment in full for one night’s lodging.)

• Credit card can be taken over the phone as deposit or please mail us a personalized cheque or money order.

• Deposits for high season are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee) up to 30 days prior to date of reservation. All other deposits are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee.) up to 7 days prior to reservation. Cancellations in less time than the above are non-refundable.

• Early reservations are recommended for the summer season.

• 60 day or longer rentals are not subject to GST.
