Deposits for high season are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee) up to 30 days prior to date of reservation. All other deposits are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee.) up to 7 days prior to reservation. Cancellations in less time than the above are non-refundable.
Unless determined by availability, a 3 day minimum stay is requested during the high season.
Early reservations are recommended for the summer season.
60 day or longer rentals are not subject to GST.
