Extra person - Room 1, 2 & 3 - $20.00 per night per person. Room 1 sleeps up to 4, Room 2 sleeps up to 6, Room 3 sleeps up to 8 Terms and conditions Hi speed cable internet included during high season Check-in time 3 p.m.   Check-out time 11 a.m. Late check-out usually available at minor charge. Rates per unit based on double occupancy. All above rates are subject to GST. All rooms are non-smoking - if this is not observed, there will be an extra cleaning charge of $350.00 Room rental costs payable in advance (at check- in time) and are in Canadian funds. Statutory holidays may be charged at high season rates. Rates are in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice. A Deposit of $100.00 will hold your suite (or payment in full for one night’s lodging.) Credit card can be taken over the phone as deposit or please mail us a personalized cheque or money order. Deposits for high season are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee) up to 30 days prior to date of reservation. All other deposits are refundable (less $20.00 administration fee.) up to 7 days prior to reservation. Cancellations in less time than the above are non-refundable. Unless determined by availability, a 3 day minimum stay is requested during the high season. Early reservations are recommended for the summer season. 60 day or longer rentals are not subject to GST.
